The project; to re-design the existing Alex Stewart Agriculture website encompassed a full Content Management System (CMS) build.

With over 200 pages including the interactive map which displays the companies world wide offices, controlling the site content using a CMS was imperative.

The CMS allows new pages to be created with the click of a button. Different colour templates where created and loaded into the CMS to reflect the different companies within the group.

The CMS encompass full navigation and page management whilst collating RSS feeds from leading industry sites which are displayed along side the companies internal news stories and RSS feeds.

Unlike many content management systems this system creates physical pages rather than using query sting and ids. This method of development is more search engine friendly and reduces the load on the database server.
